Instrument Valve Manifolds

Instrument Valve Manifolds are available in Carbon Steel (Zinc, Cadmium plated), 304 SS and 316 SS. Both Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel manifolds are provided with Stainless Steel stems as standard to provide metal-to-metal sealing with ght shutoff. Other trim combinations are available as options. All Valve Manifolds are provided with PTFE packing as standard and graphite for high process temperatures.
We manufacture a complete range of 2,3 and 5 Valve Manifolds for use with Pressure Gauges, Pressure Transmitters and Differential Pressure Transmitters.
Over 30,000 of these are installed in the USA itself.

2 Valve Manifold	Configurations 2,3,5 Valve, Flange X Flange, Flange X Thread, Remote Type, Coplanar and " Built to Order" Size 3/8" & 3/16" Bore, So/Hard Seat Pressure and Temperature Rang 6000 psi @2000 F Body Forged CS as per ASTM-A-105 with Trivalent Zinc Passivation, and ASTM-A479in 316 SS. Also available in Bar Stock Opon. Test Pressure Body- Hydrostatic at 9000 psi (1.5 times of rated Pressure) Seat and gland -6600 psi (1.1 times of rated Pressure) Gland & Seat Delrin®/PTFE/Graphite/PEEK/other options
